These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through The Original Kettle Corn Maker online store. Please read them before placing an order.

1. Shopping With Us

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Review your flavors, quantities, purchase option and order total before paying. Only use a payment method you are authorized to use.

You must be legally able to make the purchase, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you. Keep your account access and sign-in codes private.

2. Products & Ingredients

Our popcorn is sold in 1-gallon jars. This describes container volume, not a guaranteed product weight. Weight and appearance can vary by flavor and batch.

Ingredients and allergens vary by flavor. Review the product information and packaging each time you order. Product names and photographs are not complete ingredient lists.

If you have an allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement, contact us about the specific flavor before ordering. Do not assume a product is allergen-free or suitable for a particular diet.

3. Prices, Payment & Availability

The currency, product charges, eligible discounts, shipping and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Adding products to your cart does not reserve inventory.

If an item becomes unavailable or we identify a pricing or order error, we will contact you about the available options. We will not substitute a flavor or collect an additional payment without your agreement.

If we cannot fulfill an item and you do not accept an alternative, we will refund the amount paid for that item, including applicable tax. An entirely unfulfilled order will be refunded in full, including shipping.

4. Build-Your-Own Boxes

Classic: Two 1-gallon jars.
Favorite: Three 1-gallon jars.
Party: Four 1-gallon jars.

Fill every jar slot with an available flavor. You may choose the same flavor more than once. The displayed box price covers the complete selection.

Each additional quantity of a completed box repeats that box’s selected flavors. To order another flavor combination, build a separate box.

Review your selections before checkout. To change a completed box’s flavors or purchase option in your cart, remove that box and rebuild it.

5. One-Time Purchases & Subscriptions

One-time purchases are charged once and do not renew.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled, unless paused or skipped. By choosing a subscription at checkout, you authorize recurring charges for your selected boxes, shipping and applicable taxes.

The current monthly box offer provides 10% off the one-time box price from the first order. This saving applies to the box price, not shipping or taxes. Review the subscription price and billing frequency before completing checkout.

You may cancel future renewals after your initial order. There is no additional minimum number of renewals.

6. Managing Your Subscription

Open Subscriptions using the email address used at checkout to view your next renewal, skip an order, pause, resume or cancel future renewals.

Complete changes before the next renewal is processed and check the updated subscription status.
Your selected flavors repeat on renewal. Flavor swaps, individual-jar edits and box-size changes are not available in the current portal.
The portal allows increases to whole-box quantities. Each additional box repeats the existing selection and increases the recurring charge.
For quantity reductions, different selections, or help with delivery and payment details, contact us before your next renewal. Do not assume that changing your general account profile also updates your subscription.

Monthly boxes purchased together may share one subscription. Skip, pause and cancellation actions apply to the whole subscription shown in the portal. Place separate subscription checkouts if you need to manage boxes independently.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order already processed. Contact us separately for help with that order.

7. Promotions & Discount Codes

Each offer is subject to its stated eligibility, qualifying products, purchase type, usage limits and expiry. Enter your code at checkout and confirm the discount before paying.

Invitation-only offers require the eligible customer email address.
First-order and one-use restrictions apply where stated.
Codes apply to subscriptions, renewals or shipping only when the offer specifically includes them.
Discounts may be combined only when the offer permits it.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Available destinations, shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated.

Contact us before ordering for an event or a specific arrival date. Please review our Shipping Policy for further details.

9. Order Changes, Returns & Refunds

Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. Requests are not confirmed until we reply, and changes may not be possible once preparation or fulfillment has started.

Our Return and Refund Policy explains assistance for damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items, food return restrictions and refund processing.

For bundle issues, any partial refund reflects the amount paid for the affected portion of the box, including allocated discounts and applicable taxes, rather than individual-jar retail prices.

10. Website Use & Privacy

Use this website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, misuse another person’s information, interfere with checkout or attempt unauthorized access.

Our original website text, designs and images may not be copied for commercial use without permission, except where permitted by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Your Rights & Changes to These Terms

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Updates apply to future purchases and do not remove rights attached to orders already placed. Changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated before taking effect, with any notice or consent required by applicable law.
