These terms apply to purchases from The Original Kettle Corn Maker through this online store. Please review your items, quantities, purchase option, delivery address and total before placing an order. Provide accurate contact and payment information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.

You must be legally able to make the purchase, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you. Keep your account access and sign-in codes private.

Our popcorn is sold in 1-gallon jars. This describes the container volume, not a guaranteed weight; the amount by weight can vary by flavor. Product images show the presentation, and the appearance of popcorn, coatings and seasonings can vary between batches.

Check the description for the flavor you are ordering. A product name or photograph is not a complete ingredient list.

Ingredients vary by flavor. Read the ingredient and allergen information on the product and packaging each time you order. If you have a food allergy, intolerance or other dietary requirement, contact us about the specific flavor before ordering. Do not assume a flavor is allergen-free or suitable for a particular diet.

Prices and availability may change before an order is placed. The currency, applicable discounts, shipping and taxes are shown at checkout. Review the final total before paying. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve inventory.

If an item becomes unavailable or we identify a pricing or order error, we will contact you about the available options. We will not substitute a different flavor or collect an additional payment without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an item and you do not agree to an alternative, the amount paid for that item will be refunded, including applicable tax. An entirely unfulfilled order will be refunded in full, including shipping.

The Classic contains two jars, The Favorite contains three, and The Party contains four. Choose from the flavors available in the box selector. See the Boxes page for current prices and purchase options.

A one-time purchase does not renew automatically. If you choose a monthly subscription, review the recurring amount, billing frequency and cancellation terms shown before payment. Only benefits expressly included in your selected offer apply; samples and add-on discounts should not be assumed.

For changes to future subscription renewals, follow the instructions supplied with your subscription or contact us before the next billing date. Cancelling future renewals does not automatically cancel or refund an order already placed. Any minimum commitment or cancellation deadline must be disclosed before you subscribe.

Our Shipping Policy explains the current delivery area, shipping charges, tracking and help with delayed or missing packages. Please contact us before ordering for an event or a particular arrival date. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will check whether the order can still be changed before fulfillment. Food returns, damaged or incorrect items, and approved refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with checkout, submit fraudulent orders, misuse another person's information or attempt unauthorized access. The store's original text, designs and images may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Services operated by other providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Updates apply to future purchases from the date shown on this page and do not remove rights attached to an order already placed.
